Cherry Kiwi Green Shake

Green smoothies are a tasty and easy way to get in high quality protein and nutrients. This cherry kiwi green shake makes a great pre- or post workout shake. 


1 scoop (40g) PranaOn Power Plant Protein Original
1 tsp (5g) PranaOn Super Greens
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 Kiwi Fruit
80g Banana
80g Frozen Cherries
3-4 Ice Cubes


  1. Place baby spinach, kiwi, banana & frozen cherries in a blender then add water and blend until smooth
  2. Add PranaOn protein powder, super greens & ice cubes
  3. Blend and enjoy
