How long does it take to see results?
This depends on your goals, your current fitness level and experience as well as how consistent you are with your diet and training. Usually it takes about 12 weeks to get significant results but you will start noticing progress after 4-8 weeks already. Some clients have noticed positive changes such as less bloating and more energy within the first few weeks. Keep in mind this is a process – NOT a quick fix/ crash diet.
How do I get started with your training program?
You can go to the train with me section and select from a range of online coaching packages. The most popular one is the “12 Week Body Transformation“. After you chose a package and complete the payment you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. Once I receive your questionnaire and payment I will start working on your plan.
Which program is right for me?
If you are new to flexible dieting and training I recommend the 12 Week Body Transformation or Premium package where we will work closely with more frequent updates and feedback as well as in depth nutrition and training guidance.
How long does it take to receive my plan?
All plans are custom made, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your plan.
Are your online coaching packages suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely. I work with each client individually and start exactly at the level they are at. We will work at their pace to build a solid foundation for longterm results and success.
Do I need access to a gym to do your program?
No, you don’t need access to a gym. I can create a training plan for you based on bodyweight exercises and equipment you have available at home. However I do recommend a gym and depending on your goals a it may be required.
Will I keep my results after I finish training with you?
Yes. Each program is designed to understand sustainable methods and give you the tools for longterm success that work with your lifestyle. All you have to do is stay consistent and put in the work.
What is flexible dieting/ IIFYM?
Flexible dieting/ IIFYM is a method that allows you freedom with your food choices even as you are dieting/in a calorie deficit.
I’m sceptical about counting calories, it sounds complicated. Does it take a lot of time?
Counting calories has a bad reputation but it’s actually quite easy once you get used to it and it only takes 5-10minutes out of your day. It allows you to eat all foods in moderation, that means NO unnecessary suffering and craving „forbidden foods“. Smartphone app’s such as myfitnesspal or MyMacros+ make counting calories and planning your meals really simple.
Do I have to count calories/macronutrients?
If you want to get the most out of your program I recommend you do count calories and macronutrients. The more accurate you are about tracking your macros, the faster you will get results. By counting calories and macros you will learn about the nutritional value of foods and get a better idea of portion sizes. With time and practice you will be able to estimate portion sizes so you won’t have to count calories for the rest of your life.

I have food allergies, is flexible dieting/IIFYM for me?
Yes. Flexible dieting makes it easy to work around your allergies and food intolerances as you have full control over your food choices. I have some food allergies myself and flexible dieting works great for me.
Does the service automatically renew after the first program is completed?
No. If you wish to continue training with me it is your responsibility to make the next payment for the online coaching package of your choice. If you purchase the 12 Week Body Transformation Package you pay upfront for the full 12 weeks.
