Periodized Training Programs

Resistance Training
Weight training is key whether you want to build muscle and “tone” or lose weight. Lifting weights will help you protect your lean muscle mass, lose bodyfat (not muscle) and transform your body composition.
Minimal Cardio
Cardio will be programmed depending on your goals. You don’t have to do hours of cardio every day to reach your weightloss goals!
Calories, Macronutrients and Micronutrients
Your daily calorie balance is key whether your goal is fatloss or building muscle/“toning“. In order to optimize your body composition it is also necessary to hit your macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, fat) specific to your goals. Nutrient dense whole foods are the foundation of a healthy and flexible diet.
Flexible Dieting
Your plan includes a certain number of calories and macronutrients for each day. The numbers are based on your body, activity level and goals. You choose which foods you eat to meet these numbers on a daily basis. Enjoy the freedom to eat the foods YOU prefer. No restrictive meal plans or labeling food, good “and bad”. You can even have your favorite treats in moderation.
Reverse Dieting
A method to (re)build your metabolism after low calorie diets and yoyo dieting. Eat more while shaping your body and maintain your dream body with more food. This will result in increased energy as well as more room for “fun foods”.
